The Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Industrial Team of Executive Director Chris Metzger, Executive Director Rick Etner, Executive Director Christopher Thomson and Director Matthew G. McAllister represented the landlord, Bristol Powerline, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
