Retail real estate is reinventing itself, thanks to the surge of e-commerce and the space and last mile demands that drive it. To keep its South Florida members' in-touch with this critical industry issue, NAIOP is hosting a program focused on what it means specifically to the South Florida market, now and into the future.
Industrial icon Curtis Spencer and sought-after analyst Dana Telsey will discuss retail real estate's conversion to industrial platforms, how traditional retail will have to adapt to keep pace, and what's next for the local mall.
Next, South Florida industrial leaders will lead a panel discussing how e-commerce is impacting your market, including how the next 12 months will impact local industrial, how e-commerce is affecting absorption, and the ongoing effect of the port deepening and rail projects.
