Transwestern tapped to exclusively lease & manage 700,000 SF Dolphin Commerce Center in Miami
(SEPT. 30, 2019 – Miami) – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it has been retained as the exclusive leasing and asset management firm for Dolphin Commerce Center (“DCC”), a Class A, five-building industrial park totaling 700,000 square feet in Doral at 11200 NW 25th St. Situated in the heart of Miami-Dade County’s Airport West submarket, DCC is owned by Principal Real Estate Investors and is home to several national tenants including the U.S. Postal Service and Roca Tile.
The South Florida Industrial Leasing Team comprised of Managing Director Thomas Kresse, Executive Managing Directors Walter Byrd and Ben Eisenberg, and Vice President Carlos Gaviria will oversee leasing. Andi Lopez, Managing Senior Vice President of Asset Services, will spearhead property management.
