Spec Suites Attract New-to-Market Tenants at Trophy Class A Building

MIAMI (October 1, 2019)—Tower Commercial Real Estate (Tower CRE), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage in South Florida, today announced approximately 27,000 square feet of lease transactions have been secured at Citigroup Center, the 34-story, Class A trophy office tower connected to the InterContinental Hotel at 201 S.
